INVITATION

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

PT SURYA BIRU MURNI ACETYLENE Tbk

No. 063/CS-SBMA/SK/V/2025

Directors of PT Surya Biru Murni Acetylene, Tbk. (the “Company”), hereby invites the Shareholders of the Company to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) of the Company which will be held on:

Date and time    : Wednesday, June 04^th, 2025

Time                 : 13:30 – 14.30 WIB

Place                : Mercure Hotel Jalan Pantai Indah, Ancol Jakarta Baycity, North Jakarta 14430

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Agenda:

1. Approval of the Company's Annual Report for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024, including ratification of the Company's Financial Statements and the Supervisory Report of the Board of Commissioners.

2. Determination of the use of the Company's Net Profit for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024.

3. Appointment of a Public Accountant and/or Public Accounting Firm to audit the Company's Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2025, and granting authority to the Board of Commissioners to determine the honorarium and other terms of appointment.

4. Approval of changes in the composition of the Company’s Board of Directors.

5. Approval of the reappointment of the Company’s Board of Commissioners.

6. Approval of changes in the nomination and remuneration policies for the members of the Company’s Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.

With an explanation of the Meeting agenda as follows:

1. Agenda items 1 to 2 are regular agenda items held at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association and Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies (“Company Law”).
2. Agenda item 3 proposes that the AGMS grant authority to the Company's Board of Commissioners to appoint a public accounting firm, considering the recommendation of the Audit Committee regarding the Company's Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2025.
3. Agenda item 4 is for the approval of changes in the composition of the Company’s Board of Directors, in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 on the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Public Companies, while adhering to the Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association.
4. Agenda item 5 is for the approval of the reappointment of the Company’s Board of Commissioners, in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 on the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Public Companies, while adhering to the Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association.
5. Agenda item 6 is for the approval of the planned changes in salaries/honorarium and/or other allowances for the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.

Notes:

1. The Company will not send separate invitations to shareholders to attend the AGMS. This announcement serves as the official invitation to all shareholders in accordance with the provisions of POJK No. 15/2020.
2. Shareholders entitled to attend are those registered in the Company’s Shareholders Register and/or the Company’s shareholders in the securities account under collective custody at PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI") on Thursday, 08^th of May, 2025, at 16:00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB).
3. The Company encourages eligible shareholders whose shares are in KSEI collective custody to grant proxy to representatives appointed by the Company’s Securities Administration Bureau, PT Bima Registra, through the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System (eASY.KSEI) available at https://akses.ksei.co.id/, as an electronic proxy mechanism for the meeting.
4. The Meeting Agenda and Proxy Form can be downloaded from the Company’s website at www.suryabirumurni.co.id.
5. The Company will limit physical attendance to 30 participants, including Company representatives and Capital Market Supporting Professionals. The Company will not provide food, beverages, or souvenirs.
6. To facilitate the organization and orderly conduct of the Meeting, Shareholders or their authorized proxies are kindly requested to be present at the Meeting venue at least 30 (thirty) minutes before the Meeting begins.
